1. Cohorts meet once monthly for 9 months. If you do not live in the Sacramento, CA area, we can discuss how you can meet with us remotely.

2. Cohort meetings are guided by Kami Passmore or (when necessary) a representative of RWH.

3. The meetings will include insights into Scripture, as well as prayer and sharing. The teaching will prepare you for spiritual growth and leadership in the Body of Christ. You will learn about resources and spiritual practices that will help you continue to grow in intimacy with God long after the cohort program is finished.

4. Each month you will have an opportunity for one-on-one time with Kami.

5. Your privacy is respected. Anything you share in the group is STRICTLY confidential. (Violations will result in expulsion from the group.)

6. There is a cost to joining a cohort. This will be discussed during your interview. We don't want to create a hardship, so if finances are an issue, please let us know.
